From Grenadian spiced chicken roulade with coconut stuffing and tamarind sauce to pan-seared catch of the day over callaloo puree, Flying Fish (formerly known as Savvy’s) features an outstanding selection of farm-to-table fare.

Located within the Mount Cinnamon Beach Resort and currently under renovation, Savvy’s will be renamed before reopening. Regardless, it will continue to serve Caribbean-inspired, farm-to-table cuisine in a comfortable and lively social atmosphere.
